What we collect: what you fill in on our forms (name, phone, email, message, property details) and the messages you send in the live chat.

Why: to answer your request and to suggest properties that suit you. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long: for as long as your request and our cooperation need it, and for as long as the law requires for transactions.

Who sees it: only providers that host and run our services for us, under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawing your consent at any time. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Cookies: the site uses only what it needs to work, such as protecting the forms from spam. Maps load from OpenStreetMap or Google Maps only when you press "Show map".
