We have worked in the property market for years, always the same way: few properties, known well, and a straight answer about what each one is worth.
We do not take on whatever comes along. Before accepting a listing we visit the property, check its papers and agree with you on a price the market will bear. That makes us slower at the start and much faster afterwards.
We have seen every property we publish. Every photograph is our own. What we write in the listing, we stand behind at the viewing.
